What signature level is available?
The current offer is a reinforced simple electronic signature with email OTP, cryptographic integrity and a complete evidence package. SignEuropa does not present it as either an advanced or qualified electronic signature.
What does the free offer include?
Each workspace receives 3 activated requests per month with no rollover, plus 2 welcome credits valid for 90 days. Drafts and receiving a request remain free. Credit packs valid for 12 months can be added without a subscription.
Where is data hosted?
The production database, documents and evidence packages are stored in France by Scaleway. Some technical services, including transactional email, may run on other servers within the European Union. Organisations are logically isolated.
How long is an evidence package retained?
The standard policy retains it for up to 10 years after sealing. This period does not replace an assessment of your own legal and contractual obligations.
How can I check a document's authenticity?
The public verification page accepts the SHA-256 fingerprint shown on the document or in its evidence package. It confirms the existence and integrity of the evidence without displaying signer identities.
