Terms of use and sale
These terms govern access to SignEuropa, its free offer, subscriptions and credits.
Service and signature level
SignEuropa prepares, sends, tracks and archives electronic signature requests and generates a signed PDF and evidence package. The current offer provides a simple electronic signature reinforced by email OTP, explicit consent, SHA-256 fingerprints and an event log.
SignEuropa does not claim qualified trust service provider status and does not present this workflow as an advanced or qualified electronic signature. Users remain responsible for determining whether this level is suitable for the document and risk involved.
Account and permitted use
Users must provide an accurate email address, protect access credentials and only process documents and contact details they are authorised to use. Illegal, fraudulent, malicious or third-party-infringing content and attempts to bypass quotas or security controls are prohibited.
Availability and support
The service is provided with reasonable care. It may be interrupted for maintenance, security or force majeure. Unless separately agreed in writing for an Enterprise plan, no guaranteed service level is promised.
Free offer, subscriptions and credits
- Free: 3 activated requests per month with no rollover, 1 user and 1 template;
- welcome: 2 credits granted when the organisation is created, valid for 90 days;
- Starter: 20 requests per month and 3 templates; Business: 100 requests per month, up to 5 users, unlimited templates and API access;
- packs: 10 or 25 separately purchased credits, valid for 12 months and used after the monthly allowance.
One unit is consumed when a request is activated and invitations are sent; drafts consume nothing. Credits belong to the organisation, are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Receiving and signing an invitation is free for the signer.
Prices, payment and renewal
Reference prices are shown excluding tax; the final tax-inclusive total, calculated from the customer's location and tax status, is displayed by Stripe before payment confirmation. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Consumers and withdrawal right
Where applicable, consumers have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw by emailing contact@signeuropa.eu. If they request immediate service activation before that period ends, they acknowledge that a proportionate amount may remain payable for service already supplied. Purchase only starts after terms acceptance and an express request for immediate performance. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Evidence and retention
Each completed workflow produces an evidence package whose standard policy provides retention for up to 10 years after sealing. Users may download it and must keep their own copies where required. Public fingerprint verification reveals neither identities nor documents.

Forge Labs is liable for foreseeable direct loss resulting from a proven breach, within the limits permitted by law. No limitation reduces mandatory consumer rights. French law applies, subject to mandatory protections in the consumer's country of residence. Before bringing a claim, contact contact@signeuropa.eu to seek an amicable solution.
